Job Description

As a Project Manager for the LOD1 Non Financial Risk team, you will play a key role in the implementation and coordination of the Level 1 control framework that mitigates operational risks. You will work closely with the Senior Project Manager to build the Target Operating Model (TOM) of the central KYC team, organizing workshops with experts and developing a detailed project plan. Your responsibilities will include ensuring adherence between tasks, coordinating stakeholders, and designing a communication plan to involve 44 countries in the transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build the Target Operating Model (TOM) of the central KYC team
  • Organize workshops with experts to build the TOM
  • Develop a detailed project plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
  • Ensure adherence between tasks and coordinate stakeholders
  • Design a communication plan to involve 44 countries in the transformation
