Job Description

As a Commercial BtoB Specialist, you will be responsible for developing the client base on a national territory. Your main missions will be:

  • Prospecting new clients (telephone, physical) to develop a client base of large accounts and SMEs (gymnasiums, pharmacies, telecommunications companies, insurance companies...), particularly in the Hauts-de-France and Paris regions.
  • Ensuring the development and management of the current client portfolio through loyalty (quality relational follow-up, telephone relaunch, needs study).
  • Working closely with bailiffs and justice commissioners to send client reminders.
  • Providing training to clients on the integration of debts on the internal platform and regular follow-up with decision-makers (RAF/DAF, Accountant, Contentious Affairs Manager, Debt Manager, Commercial Manager).
  • Treating invoices and contracts in real-time for clients.
  • Conducting weekly, monthly, and annual portfolio reviews.
  • Providing regular reporting to the President.

Profile: With a commercial or finance background, you have at least one year of commercial experience (internship and/or alternance accepted) as a Commercial BtoB Specialist, preferably with a BtoB client base. Beyond diplomas and experiences, it's your commercial temperament that will make the difference. You are a hunter, tenacious, and don't back down from obstacles.
