Fonctions Principales :
- Développer et mettre en œuvre la stratégie commerciale pour maximiser les parts de marché dans les enseignes dont vous êtes responsable.
- Collaborer avec l'équipe de vente et de marketing pour définir et appliquer les leviers de croissance de Sell Out et de Parts de Marché.
- Agir en partenaire catégoriel avec les clients pour construire une vision commune de la stratégie catégorielle à adopter pour croître ensemble sur la catégorie.
- Assurer la mise en place optimale des plans d'affaires avec les équipes terrain.
- Identifier les risques et opportunités chez les clients, rester en veille sur les actions de nos concurrents et recommander des plans d'action pour assurer notre performance.
- Manager et former un Category Manager.
Profil Souhaité :
- École de commerce ou équivalent.
- Au moins 7 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans une entreprise référente PGC, sur des fonctions de Category Management, de Force de Vente.
- Bonne connaissance de la grande distribution française.
- Solides compétences analytiques et capacités à interpréter les données pour prendre des décisions stratégiques.
- Sens aigu des affaires et orientation résultat.
- Ownership et capacité à faire avancer des projets dans des environnements de négociation complexes.
- Esprit d'équipe et capacité à travailler en collaboration avec des équipes multidisplinaires.
- Excellente aptitude de communication en français et en anglais.
- Aisance relationnelle et capacité à influencer différents profils en interne comme en externe.
- Forte résistance à la pression, rigueur.
- Leadership et capacité à avancer dans un environnement complexe.
- Maîtrise des panels Distributeur et Consommateur, du pack office.
