Category Manager Senior Lead

Le/la Category Manager Senior Lead sera en charge de construire et déployer la stratégie commerciale pour maximiser les parts de marché dans les enseignes dont il/elle a la charge. Il/elle analysera la performance des enseignes et identifiera les axes d'amélioration pour développer des plans d'affaires efficaces.
Principales missions :
- Définir et appliquer les leviers de croissance de Sell Out et de Parts de Marché dans les enseignes.
- Construire une vision commune de la stratégie catégorielle avec les clients pour croître ensemble sur la catégorie.
- Mettre en place des plans d'affaires optimisés en lien avec les équipes terrain.
- Identifier les risques et opportunités chez les clients et recommander des plans d'action pour assurer la performance.
- Manager et former un Category Manager.
Profil souhaité :
- Ecole de commerce ou équivalent.
- 7 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans une entreprise référente PGC, sur des fonctions Category Management, Force de Vente.
- Bonne connaissance de la grande distribution française.
- Solides compétences analytiques et capacités à interpréter les données pour prendre des décisions stratégiques.
- Sens aigu des affaires et orientation résultat.
- Ownership et capacité à faire avancer des projets dans des environnements de négociation complexes.
- Esprit d'équipe et capacité à travailler en collaboration avec des équipes multidisplinaires.
- Excellente aptitude de communication en français et en anglais.
- Aisance relationnelle et capacité à influencer différents profils en interne comme en externe.
- Forte résistance à la pression, rigueur.
- Leadership et capacité à avancer dans un environnement complexe.
- Maîtrise des panels Distributeur et Consommateur, du pack office.
