Centers and Initiatives Programme Manager

Job Overview:

INSEAD is in search of a Programme Manager for Centers & Initiatives to become a part of their Research Department. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity.

The primary objective of this position is to broaden and improve the portfolio of Centers and Initiatives, particularly focusing on the Marketing and Sales Excellence Initiative (MSEI) and the INSEAD Gender Initiative (IGI). The ideal candidate will interact with MSEI members, IGI stakeholders, corporate partners, and alumni.

Key Duties:

  • Assist the Academic Directors of MSEI and IGI in their outreach to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Discover new leads and devise outreach strategies, fostering relationships with external collaborators.
  • Implement strategies to sustain engagement within the MSEI and IGI communities.
  • Coordinate regular interactions with current members and stakeholders.
  • Work alongside various stakeholders to identify new partnership opportunities for MSEI and IGI.
  • Contribute to newsletters and website content.
  • Fulfill specific responsibilities for MSEI and IGI as needed.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Experience in client-facing or business development roles, especially with corporate clients.
  • International experience, ideally within an academic environment.
  • Strong skills in cross-cultural communication and interpersonal relations.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
  • Proficient time management skills and ability to adhere to deadlines.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in French is an advantage.

The Programme Manager will report to the Global Director of Research Strategy and will work closely with the MSEI and IGI teams. Some travel may be necessary for this role.
