Global Alliances Partner Manager

MicroStrategy is seeking a highly experienced Senior Partner Manager to lead our partner ecosystem in the French-speaking regions of France, Belgium, and Luxembourg. As a key member of our European Channels and Alliances team, you will be responsible for establishing and managing strategic partnerships with key players in the market, driving customer engagement, and delivering revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage relationships with key partners, including VARs, GSIs, regional SIs, ISVs, and cloud hyperscalers.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive partner engagement, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of partner strategies.
- Provide leadership and guidance to partner managers in the territory to meet revenue goals and metrics.
- Build and maintain relationships with key personnel at partner companies to solidify MicroStrategy's standing and awareness within the provider.
- Support partner events, training, and enablement activities to drive partner success.
- 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, account management, or partner management.
- Proven experience in managing large global partnerships and driving revenue growth.
- Strong relationship and sales skills, with a deep understanding of the partner ecosystem.
- Cloud/AI hyperscalers and GSI partnership experience highly preferred.
- Channel experience, including selling with or managing channel partners.
- Proven history of working independently and with cross-functional teams to achieve company and team objectives.
- Strong business acumen and ability to develop and manage strategic plans with partner and company executives.
- Strategic planning and analytic capabilities.
- Ability to anticipate and interpret market and business trend changes and advise business leaders accordingly.
- Fluent in French and English languages.
