As a Store Manager, you'll lead with an empowering, committed, and caring approach, guiding your team in daily operations and fostering skill development. Your ultimate goal: delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

Beyond your daily responsibilities, our empowering management style allows you to:

  • Exercise autonomy in addressing customer needs (refunds, exchanges, discounts, etc.)
  • Manage inventory effectively, resolving stock shortages and implementing solutions
  • Optimize staffing by creating fair and consistent schedules aligned with peak sales periods
  • Propose innovative product placements
  • Refine merchandising strategies for one or more product lines
  • Develop and execute customer prospecting plans
  • Establish valuable commercial partnerships
  • Lead impactful projects within the network and/or headquarters

Integration and Training:

A dedicated Bleu Libellule Coach will guide you through a two-week integration period in their store (location to be determined). You'll also participate in a comprehensive one-week onboarding program at our headquarters. You'll receive training in colorimetry, our products, loyalty systems, sales techniques, and all aspects of management (register operations, deliveries, inventory control, etc.). Our e-learning platform provides ongoing access to resources for continuous learning.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Permanent contract, 35 hours per week
  • Supervisory status
  • Monthly gross salary of €2,370
  • €120 gross monthly bonus for large cities
  • Access to on-demand salary payments via the Rosaly app
  • Commission on sales
  • Objective-based bonuses (up to €300 gross monthly)
