About the Role

Fed Supply is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of Sales Administration to join our team. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will be responsible for leading the sales administration function and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pilot the sales administration function, ensuring seamless execution of sales processes and procedures.
  • Manage a team of sales administrators, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and timely delivery of sales-related tasks.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in sales administration or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in leading teams and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
