Fed Supply is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of Sales Administration to join our team. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will be responsible for leading the sales administration function and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Pilot the sales administration function, ensuring seamless execution of sales processes and procedures.
- Manage a team of sales administrators, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and timely delivery of sales-related tasks.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
- 5+ years of experience in sales administration or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in leading teams and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
