As the Senior Manager of Event Sales, you will play a pivotal role in curating luxurious events that reflect our commitment to excellence.

This position is designed for an experienced professional who will oversee the event sales team, enhance our offerings, and drive revenue through strategic management of our premier event spaces.

In this capacity, you will:

  • Gain insights into the competitive landscape, including market trends and customer preferences.
  • Formulate and execute strategies to attract clients and secure event bookings, encompassing weddings, corporate meetings, and social gatherings.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for all event sales inquiries and on-site coordination.

Client Engagement:

Collaborate closely with clients to design and implement memorable events, managing all logistical aspects such as room arrangements, catering, and audiovisual needs.

Prepare comprehensive event documentation and liaise with various departments to guarantee seamless execution.

Foster relationships within the community to expand our clientele and enhance sales opportunities.

Develop innovative marketing initiatives to showcase our event spaces, leveraging advertising, social media, and participation in industry functions.


Team Leadership:

Oversee the performance of the event sales team, providing mentorship and support to achieve sales objectives.

Establish budgets and revenue projections for the events department, monitoring progress and implementing corrective measures as necessary.

Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by senior management.
