Explore Your Role as a Senior Advisor, Training and Knowledge Development

The mission of the Ops & Tech Training and Knowledge Development team is to enhance the learning experience of our teams regarding existing and new processes and systems. This is achieved by utilizing innovative technology, redefining knowledge deliverables, and improving engagement with the business user community.

As a Senior Advisor, you will:

  • Engage with user communities (functional and/or geographical) to identify training needs and challenges.
  • Translate needs assessments into tailored enablement plans and collaborate with other Training and Knowledge Development Advisors on similar requirements.
  • Coordinate effectively with Training & Knowledge Development Specialists globally to harmonize and align existing training offerings and system/process reference tools.
  • Design and deliver training courses for core insurance systems and processes, both virtually and in-person, employing advanced learning techniques and tools.
  • Actively contribute to the Training & Knowledge Development transformation, including the rollout of new digital capabilities through project engagement and deliverable coordination.
  • Support the Head of Ops & Tech Training and Knowledge Development with new or recurring tasks in a collaborative manner.

You will report directly to the Head of Ops & Tech Training and Knowledge Development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of experience as a business trainer (or relevant experience) with a focus on instructional design and conceptual training delivery, particularly in e-learning and mobile training.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and French, with cultural awareness and sensitivity to manage virtual and diverse teams.
