L'activité Systèmes terrestres et aériens conçoit des systèmes, des équipements, des capteurs et des services pour le contrôle du trafic aérien civil et militaire, la défense aérienne ainsi que le combat naval et terrestre.

Le site de Rungis est idéalement situé à proximité de l'aéroport d'Orly. Site à l'architecture moderne, il compte aujourd'hui plus de 1000 collaborateurs travaillant pour nos trois domaines d'activité : les radars, le contrôle du trafic aérien et les systèmes d'armes avancés.

Qui êtes-vous?

Fort d'une expérience significative en conduite d'offres ou de projets dans un environnement complexe multi-entités et dans le milieu de la Défense, vous avez un sens du service et une aisance relationnelle qui vous permettent de vous intégrer rapidement.

Vous êtes reconnu pour votre rigueur, votre proactivité et votre bonne capacité d'écoute, de synthèse et de reporting.

Vous maitrisez les outils de gestion de projet (PRIMAVERA, Microsoft Office, SAP, TOL..).

Vous maîtrisez l'Anglais (l'Italien serait un plus).

eurosam est un consortium européen créé en 1989, ses sociétés mères (« membres ») sont THALES LAS France, MBDA Italie et MBDA France. eurosam est en charge du développement, de l'ingénierie, de la production et du soutien de systèmes de Défense Aérienne parmi les meilleurs au monde.

En raison d'un accroissement important de ses activités, la Direction Programme d'eurosam doit se renforcer et compte sur vous pour assurer les missions principales suivantes :

  • Établir avec vos interlocuteurs une relation de confiance qui vous permette de gérer au mieux les risques et opportunités;

  • Faire évoluer le SoW (Statement of Work);

  • Maintenir le planning à jour, en analyser les points durs et identifier les chemins critiques;

  • Piloter les livrables conformément au contrat et au sous-contrat;

  • Suivre les indicateurs d'avancement et les plans d'actions;

  • Piloter les réunions avec les sous-traitants : préparation des supports de présentation, rédaction de compte-rendu, rendre compte au PM des points durs, des risques et des solutions possibles après analyse;

  • Piloter la gestion des risques;

  • Participer à la capitalisation, à la réalisation de guide de bonnes pratiques métier et à la mise en place et au suivi d'une base de bons exemples.

  • Piloter le processus de Reporting :

  • Consolider le reporting mensuel avec les membres et les direction Technique/Customer Support Services puis en analyser la complétude et la cohérence

  • Assurer le suivi des actions

Le poste pouvant nécessiter d'accéder à des informations relevant du secret de la défense nationale, la personne retenue fera l'objet d'une procédure d'habilitation, conformément aux dispositions des articles R.2311-1 et suivants du Code de la défense et de l'IGI 1300 SGDSN/PSE du 09 août 2021.
