Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer interactions from initial contact to resolution, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
  • Provide product information, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the e-commerce team to ensure accurate and efficient order processing.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Fluency in German and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
