Global Account Manager

IC Resources is seeking a highly skilled Global Account Manager to join a leading company in ADAS software development. This is an excellent opportunity to support global key accounts and contribute to the growth of a pioneering start-up in the Automotive Industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs and Tier 1s, particularly Renault and PSA/Stellantis.
- Drive business growth through strategic account management and sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Provide market insights and competitive analysis to inform business decisions.
- Travel to German HQ as needed to support business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
- 10+ years of experience in the Automotive Industry with a focus on Software products.
- Proven track record of success in account management and business development.
- Autonomous approach to work with the ability to make key decisions.
- Enthusiastic attitude and ability to thrive in a start-up environment.
