Senior Sales Manager

As a key member of our Sales Team, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and contributing strategically to the sales function's expansion. You will work closely with our COO, Albane, who leads the Sales division, to identify, acquire, and nurture new clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage with high-potential prospects, driving the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Develop, prepare, and launch innovative sales and marketing campaigns to increase market penetration and brand awareness.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met, while proposing strategies to improve sales outcomes.
  • Lead the optimization of CRM processes and ensure that all interactions with prospects and clients are documented effectively, providing insights for future improvements.
  • Meet with prospects and clients regularly to establish long-term relationships and tailor solutions that meet their business needs.
  • Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events across Europe, building a strong network and identifying potential business opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Curious about new technologies & deep tech
  • Very organized and methodical
  • Completely fluent in English and French (C1 or C2 level)
