In close collaboration with the SIL Coordinator and the SIL Manager:
- Team Leadership: Support the manager in overseeing the daily operations of the technical team.
- Technical Advisor: Serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries, offering guidance and solutions, contributing to documentation updates, and working alongside other teams to address complex challenges.
- Incident Management and Analysis: Efficiently handle and resolve incidents and requests, analyze data to detect trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for enhancement.
- Project Coordination: Manage technical projects and site initiatives in conjunction with the manager and PCS.
- IT Asset and Inventory Oversight: Ensure effective management of IT resources and inventory.
A bachelor's degree in information systems with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Skills:Extensive knowledge of Post Workplace IT systems (including Windows systems, peripherals, networks, and software).
Proven ability to lead technical projects in collaboration with diverse stakeholders (vendors, HCL teams, end users, etc.).
Strong problem-solving capabilities and skills in managing both immediate and long-term consequences.
Leadership qualities to assist the manager in team oversight.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Customer-focused approach.
Effective communication skills and ability to manage stress.
This position is open to professionals currently in public service roles through internal mobility, transfer, or detachment.
For non-permanent professionals, the position is available on a fixed-term contract with the potential for public service status through competitive examinations.
