Bandai Namco Europe is seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team in Lyon, France. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing distributors and wholesalers, maintaining long-term relationships with accounts, and maximizing sales and trade marketing opportunities in the Middle East and Africa.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage centralized clients and distributors at national or regional level for all products in our portfolio.
  • Negotiate and coordinate promotional activities according to seasonal and local events.
  • Manage back-office work, including listing sheets, price lists, and customer demands.
  • Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods.
  • Formulate and execute strategic planning and delivery of customer in-store permanent and promotional point of sale programs.
  • Attend international toy fairs and local comic conventions.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of the Middle East market and FMCG industry.
  • High command of English and Arabic.
  • Capable of working independently and managing own workload.
  • Negotiation skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills.
