Hotel Operations Manager Paris
As a Hotel Operations Manager at citizenM hotels, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our hotel in Paris. You will be an excellent ambassador for our brand, enthusiastic, optimistic, and treating everyone with respect. You will work together with your team, guiding, coaching, and inspiring them to deliver exceptional service, while maximizing revenue opportunities and controlling costs. Your primary goal will be to ensure the total safety of our guests and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome our guests and help them check in and check out at the kiosks
- Maintain the hotel environment to ensure a clean and comfortable experience
- Know the places to shop, eat, drink, club, and generally experience the best the city has to offer
- Handle reservations and process administrative matters
- Work with our Hotel Management System
- Manage daily SocietyM meeting rooms and functions where applicable
Requirements:
- Fluency in English; any other language is considered a plus
- Valid work permit
- 2 years or more managerial/coaching experience
- Team player
- Love to meet and greet different people
- Passionate about the things you're doing
- Can multi-task

Hotel Operations:
Our hotel operates 24/7 with a rotating flexible schedule. Full-time: morning or afternoon shift, with possibility to do night shifts occasionally. Now hiring for Paris locations: either in Gare de Lyon, La Défense, Opera, Champs Elysées, or Charles de Gaulle Airport. Locations based on hotel needs.
