Sales Strategy and Operations

This critical function within Salesforce drives profitable growth at scale, partnering with senior leaders as trusted advisors. Key responsibilities include:

  • Setting strategic business priorities to drive profitable growth
  • Building and implementing long-term go-to-market strategies
  • Establishing best-in-class operational processes, systems, and tools
  • Owning cross-functional transformational projects end-to-end
  • Driving change management processes to transform and scale the business

Job Summary

We're seeking a seasoned leader to act as a trusted business partner to the CEO of France, driving key projects end-to-end. The ideal candidate will:

  • Support the CEO on day-to-day operations, including go-to-market design and sales cadence execution
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with other key functions in France
  • Lead strategic projects and initiatives to capture the next wave of growth
  • Manage and develop a team of highly talented Strategy Business Partners and Analysts

Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

  • 10+ years of experience in a business operations role within a high-growth SaaS company or equivalent experience in a management consulting firm
  • 3+ years of people management experience in a high-growth, continuously changing environment
  • Thoughtful leadership and a track record of advising leadership and influencing stakeholders
  • Proven experience in rolling out go-to-market models along several planning cycles
  • Strong project management skills, with a successful track record of leading cross-functional strategic initiatives end-to-end
