We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Director to lead our Off-Trade Channel team in the Cluster France-Netherlands-Belgium. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategies, and managing key customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and meet customer KPIs.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to deliver annual sales revenue plans and contribute to the company's overall business budget.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including Category Directors, to drive business growth and identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective in-store execution, distribution, display, and promotion.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, particularly in the online area, with a clear plan to deliver results.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of senior sales experience in the FMCG industry, preferably with a focus on premium or luxury products.
  • Excellent knowledge of the French off-trade market, including managing national relationships with major multiple retailers.
  • Fluent French and English language skills.
