Cityone - Events, a prominent entity in the hospitality sector, is seeking an Event Recruitment Specialist to enhance our team. This role is pivotal in sourcing and selecting delegates for various events hosted at our clients' locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Crafting and disseminating job advertisements across multiple platforms.
- Overseeing candidate sourcing initiatives.
- Conducting initial candidate screenings and organizing group interviews.
- Facilitating recruitment sessions.
- Collaborating with operational teams and sharing candidate insights.
- Ensuring adherence to recruitment timelines and protocols.
- Maintaining and updating candidate records in our database.
- Monitoring recruitment metrics and statistics.
Work Location: Paris 17th arrondissement
Contract Type: Fixed-term (1 year)
Working Hours: 35 hours per week (10am-6pm)
Compensation: €2200 gross monthly
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience in high-volume recruitment under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Proactive and responsive approach.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
