**Position Overview**
As a **Guest Services Associate**, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests receive outstanding service throughout their stay. Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering courteous, professional, and adaptable service at all times across various areas including guest accommodations and communal spaces. Executing all assigned tasks and responsibilities efficiently. Adapting to various roles as needed within the organization. Being well-informed about all services and amenities provided by our Employee Housing. Implementing established opening and closing protocols for your designated area. Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of all services available. Ensuring cleanliness and organization in your work area and its surroundings at all times. Monitoring supplies to minimize waste and loss. Addressing staff inquiries with professionalism and efficiency, escalating unresolved issues to the Team Leader for follow-up. Safeguarding all keys signed out during your shift and returning them appropriately. Reporting all found items to the Team Leader or Assistant Manager with detailed information. Assisting with inspections of rooms and apartments as requested. Reporting maintenance issues to the appropriate department promptly. Preparing accommodations for new staff arrivals. **Qualifications**
A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role is required.
