We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our team in Lyon. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as maintaining and developing existing relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Search for new customers and actively work with existing ones to identify new business opportunities
- Establish and maintain a plan of meetings with customers to discuss their needs and preferences
- Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system
- Attract and retain new customers, and develop existing relationships to increase sales
- Conclude and maintain contracts, negotiate payment terms, and monitor and update agreements
- Participate in tender work, including preparation, follow-up, and interaction with tender specialists and operational employees
- Evaluate customer satisfaction and provide feedback to improve our services
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the freight forwarding and logistics industry
- Excellent knowledge of French and English
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Proactivity, responsibility, and a result-oriented mindset
