Job Opportunity: Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our team in Lyon. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as maintaining and developing existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Search for new customers and actively work with existing ones to identify new business opportunities
  • Establish and maintain a plan of meetings with customers to discuss their needs and preferences
  • Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system
  • Attract and retain new customers, and develop existing relationships to increase sales
  • Conclude and maintain contracts, negotiate payment terms, and monitor and update agreements
  • Participate in tender work, including preparation, follow-up, and interaction with tender specialists and operational employees
  • Evaluate customer satisfaction and provide feedback to improve our services
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the freight forwarding and logistics industry
  • Excellent knowledge of French and English
  • Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
  • Proactivity, responsibility, and a result-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
