About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Project Manager to join our team at Snaphunt. As a Marketing Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring timely completion of tasks and deliverables, and facilitating effective communication among cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management
- Develop campaign briefs, establish clear goals, and define project tiers to align with strategic company objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the CMO, Brand team, and channel managers to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Oversee the timely completion of all tasks and deliverables across multiple marketing departments.
- Knowledge & Resource Management
- Refine process and optimize team performance by staying on top of past due tasks and identifying opportunities to improve existing workflows.
- Work with the Director of Project Management to update training materials for new hires and education refreshers.
- Project Management of New Initiatives
- Scope out projects, create tasks, and complete spec sheets for new initiatives within Marketing.
- Liaison between Project Managers
- Work with project managers to ensure all resources are shared, information is readily available, and questions are answered.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Technical Skills
- Notion expertise, with a focus on workflows for the Marketing Teams and our Go to Market Database.
- Figma organizational knowledge.
- Proficiency in Slack for effective communication, collaboration, and team coordination.
- Proficiency in GSuite for productivity, document management, and collaboration.
- Soft Skills
- Attentive communication and attention to detail.
- Critical thinking and independent problem-solving.
- Qualifications & Experience
- At least 1 year of experience using Notion.
- Experience using Figma as an organizational tool.
