**Internship overview**

We are looking for a talented intern for project coordination & administrative support to assist PG’s IT team. The intern will work directly with the Program Director and assist with the day-to-day management of the Program.

This position is an excellent opportunity for an organized and collaborative individual who is interested in building a career in a fast-paced and growing environment.

Missions are varied and comprises projects such as tracking projects and updating the PMO pages, Team planning coordination, financial reporting or tender and business documentation.

The intern will be under the direct tutoring of the Program Director.

**Main tasks & responsibilities**
- Take full ownership and manage the Monthly Time Tracking process
- Work in coordination with Product Owners and Project Managers to prepare and update the PMO pages of large projects
- Coordinate the on duty planning as well as the vacations/Public Holiday planning
- Maintain the tender documentations in French and English
- Assist the Program Director in the management of the process documentation
- Assist the Program Director in the management of costs related to the department
- Review the department’s invoices and prepare them for Finance
- Manage the department’s billing services and subscriptions
- Any other missions that the tutor will appoint

**Requirements**:

- Enrolled in Business administration or “Assistance de direction” course
- Demonstrate an ability to work autonomously as well as be part of a team
- Be rigorous, quality driven, result-oriented with excellent analytical and synthetic skills
- Strong communication skills, have a collaborative mindset
- Excel expertise
- Fluency in English and outstanding writing skills in English

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
