SFR Business is seeking a driven and experienced Partner Sales Manager to lead and develop our Indirect Sales channel.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving revenue growth by managing a team of talented Partner Sales Engineers and cultivating strong relationships with key partners.

  • Lead the Charge: Direct and coordinate all Indirect Sales activities for SFR Business, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Team Empowerment: Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to a team of 7 Partner Sales Engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Partnership Development: Cultivate existing partnerships and actively seek out new opportunities to expand our network of value-added resellers.
  • Sales Excellence: Set ambitious regional sales targets and implement effective strategies to achieve them, consistently exceeding expectations.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Ensure seamless communication within the team and across departments, promoting a culture of transparency and shared success.
  • Performance Champion: Participate in recruitment, performance evaluations, and training initiatives, contributing to the ongoing development and growth of your team members.
