Business Development Role Overview

Papyrus Software USA is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our high-performing team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities for our Papyrus Software platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Directors to identify new business opportunities for the Papyrus Software platform.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs and position Papyrus Software as the appropriate solution.
  • Conduct research on prospects to provide relevant information and analyze opportunities.
  • Reach out to prospects to introduce Papyrus and convert leads into sales opportunities.
  • Generate qualified opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline of new market and client opportunities.

Requirements:
  • BA Level with an IT Software background.
  • Consultative software sales experience and strong communication skills.
  • Confident telephone manner and ability to build rapport with stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Efficient time management skills and ability to stay focused on business objectives.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT software sales.
  • Native French speaking and English speaking.
  • EU work authorization.
