RESPONSIBILITIES
Process orders in accordance with established protocols and guidelines. Collaborate with the shared service center to facilitate cash collection. Clarify and resolve discrepancies while reconciling customer accounts. Generate management reports related to accounts receivable. Oversee customer accounts, including setup and restrictions. Periodically send balance confirmations in conjunction with the shared service center. Administer credit insurance agreements. Request and modify credit limits as necessary. Update customer credit terms and conditions in relevant systems. Liaise with debt collectors and insurance providers. Ensure compliance with SOX regulations within the credit control framework.QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in credit control. Proficiency in English and French is essential. Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Experience with SAP is required; familiarity with SAP 4HANA is a plus.BENEFITS
