Strategic Business Development Manager

Role Overview
As a key member of Dassault Systèmes' North American Sales Leadership, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational transformation by supporting the Sales Organization in evolving business planning from a tactical into a strategic function.
This role offers the opportunity to leverage your experience analyzing market trends, researching competitor activities, and uncovering industry developments. You will work closely with various internal teams, including Executive Management, finance, sales, and marketing teams, to gather, analyze, and disseminate actionable intelligence.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting strategic decision-making and enhancing 3DS' competitive positioning.
- Translating product strategies and product offerings into North American commercial strategies.
- Measuring the Total Addressable Market.
- Delivering business plans with proposed multi-year roadmaps to achieve objectives.
- Assessing and monitoring competitive software and technologies.
- Assessing and monitoring engineering, manufacturing, and/or industry trends across various industry segments.
- Conducting quarterly industry trend analysis and/or econometric modeling.
- Establishing North American Marketing and Sales priorities, initiatives, and schedules.
Requirements
A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- 8+ years of expertise in one or more areas, such as business intelligence, commercial strategy, marketing, go-to-market development, etc.
- Previous experience in Consulting, Project Management, or leadership in a Startup.
- Proven experience developing commercial strategies and/or multi-year business plans.
- Effective C-level communication skills.
