Purpose

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Novares. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through the sale of our innovation programs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop new business opportunities with existing and new clients, including the development of new products and services.
  • Identify and pursue new business leads, and develop strategic relationships with key clients.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions and sales pipeline progress.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales, with a minimum of 7 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, strategies, and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
