In this role, you will be responsible for managing the customer experience and operations of Sirva Bgrs Llc. You will oversee the development and implementation of strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. You will ensure data integrity across all Sirva systems, identifying and mitigating potential risks. You will collaborate with Account Management to explore upsell opportunities and drive business growth. You will lead high-performing teams to drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence. You will travel as needed to meet business objectives and support global operations. The ideal candidate will have a university education relevant to international business/mobility, minimum 5 years' relocation experience at a management level, and a proven track record of operational knowledge within a global relocation/assignment management environment. You will have strong people management skills, with experience leading remote teams. You will be data-driven and analytical, with the ability to evaluate data and performance metrics to inform decisions. You will be quality-focused, with high expectations and the ability to set objectives and manage performance to achieve them.
