Position Overview:

As an Enterprise Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing our sales approach in the French market. You will join our EMEA Enterprise Sales Team, currently consisting of five Account Executives, and will be instrumental in acquiring and nurturing clients across various sectors.

This role is entirely focused on sales, with the primary objective of assisting 360Learning in securing new business opportunities. You will manage a designated territory, targeting companies with a significant employee base, and will be responsible for developing your sales pipeline and finalizing contracts. Collaboration is key; you will work alongside skilled BDRs, Sales Engineers, and other internal specialists to effectively navigate the sales process.

Initial Expectations:

  • Gain insight into 360Learning and our collaborative environment.
  • Connect with the global team through virtual networking sessions.
  • Comprehend our product offerings and value proposition through comprehensive training.
  • Familiarize yourself with our sales methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
  • Explore your assigned territory.

3-Month Goals:

  • Successfully categorize your client portfolio and initiate engagement with strategic accounts.
  • Exhibit strong leadership qualities by being meticulous and impactful in every sales interaction.
  • Begin constructing a robust sales pipeline.

6-Month Objectives:

  • Establish and sustain a healthy pipeline of opportunities, generating new revenue by closing deals with enterprise clients.
  • Encourage the sales team to maintain timely and accurate updates in the CRM.
  • Work closely with Sales Engineering and BDR teams to expedite sales opportunities.

12-Month Achievements:

  • Consistently meet and surpass quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Provide accurate forecasts on a weekly and monthly basis to achieve quotas.
  • Innovate strategies to enhance overall business performance.

Required Skills:

  • Over 8 years of sales experience in a B2B context, particularly with large accounts.
  • Prior experience in the SaaS sector.
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Expertise in executing effective sales strategies.
  • Strong analytical abilities to identify trends and drive results.
  • A growth-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous learning.
  • Fluency in French and English.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for our company culture.
