Job Summary

As a Strategic Account Executive at 360Learning, you will be responsible for refining and executing our sales strategy in France. You will be part of our EMEA Enterprise Sales Team and participate in acquiring and developing customers across multiple verticals. Your goal will be to help 360Learning acquire new logos, working on a named territory basis with companies above a certain number of employees. You will be supported by teams of experienced BDRs, Sales Engineering, and other internal experts to drive the sales cycle to the finish line. Collaborating with these teams will be instrumental to your success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn about Convexity, our working environment

  • Understand our product and value proposition through training and onboarding
  • Learn our sales processes, tools, and frameworks
  • Discover your territory

Short-term Objectives
  • Successfully tier your portfolio and start working on strategic accounts
  • Demonstrate a high level of leadership by being diligent, thorough, and making a positive impact during every sales engagement
  • Start creating a pipeline to ensure success

Long-term Objectives
  • Create and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities and generate new revenue by closing new business opportunities with Enterprise Clients
  • Continuously encourage and develop discipline in the sales team concerning updating the CRM timely and with high-quality information
  • Collaborate with the Sales Engineering and BDR teams to accelerate sales opportunities

Requirements
  • 8+ years of Sales experience in a B2B environment working with large accounts
  • Previous experiences working in the SaaS industry
  • Successful track record of achieving your targets
  • Expertise in executing successful sales strategies
  • Strong analytical skills to identify team trends and patterns to drive results
  • A growth mindset and a life-long learning attitude
  • Native French and fluent English proficiency
