Senior Sales Manager Opportunity

IC Resources is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead one of our largest semiconductor accounts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth within this critical account and managing a small team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth within the semiconductor account.
  • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and guidance as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the account, including technical and business leaders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in the EDA market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the EDA industry, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with technical and business leaders.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team of sales professionals.
  • Fluent French and English language skills.
  • Ability to travel regularly to meet with clients and stakeholders.
