Senior Sales Manager Opportunity
IC Resources is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead one of our largest semiconductor accounts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth within this critical account and managing a small team of sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth within the semiconductor account.
- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and guidance as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the account, including technical and business leaders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in the EDA market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in the EDA industry, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with technical and business leaders.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team of sales professionals.
- Fluent French and English language skills.
- Ability to travel regularly to meet with clients and stakeholders.
