Sales Director France

As a Sales Manager in France, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our full product range. You will provide daily support to channel programs to meet sales targets. Your role will involve creating campaigns with the Channel Marketing group, developing and maintaining relationships with customers and distribution channels, and identifying, negotiating, and closing sales activities to achieve assigned revenue targets.

Field Sales Activities
- Traveling and visiting potential and existing customers (dealers) on pre-scheduled appointments to discuss products and help distributors get orders
- Gaining a clear understanding of customer businesses and requirements and providing feedback to the company
Marketing Activities
- Supporting product launches, marketing, and PR collateral, sales tools, website content, sales training, promotional campaigns, and lead/revenue generation
Requirements
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- At least 3-5 years of experience in sales/marketing environment, preferably with retail marketing experience with IT and PC hardware/peripherals sales
- Managing multiple projects and requests on a daily/weekly basis
- Experience of B2B negotiations to achieve best possible use of time and budget in channel
- An understanding of and experience in project management and general sales skills
- Fluency in French, English, and preferably one other European language
