Customer Success Specialist F/H

Vos principales missions seront les suivantes :
- Gérer l'ensemble des remontées clients et réclamations
- Assurer un service après-vente constant pour que les clients ayant des réclamations puissent exploiter de façon optimale le produit ou le service acheté
- Suivi et Reporting des tickets assignés via les outils de la Relation Client
- Maîtriser la connaissance client pour anticiper leur(s) besoin(s)
- Accompagnement des utilisateurs sur le paramétrage et l'utilisation des applications
- Missions ponctuelles de maintenance sur site auprès de nos clients
- Former et accompagner le client dans sa prise en main du produit et des services associés
- Assurer un suivi de l'expérience client et analyser les indicateurs de performance pour proposer des améliorations si nécessaire
