Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery and deployment of human resources programs and processes, such as performance management, compensation, and skills development.
  • Coach and support managers in labor relations, workforce planning, recruitment, and organizational development.
  • Apply and interpret collective agreements and labor laws, participate in grievance and conflict resolution, and improve organizational climate.
  • Manage daily HR transactions and ensure the implementation of labor relations processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or industrial relations, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in HR in a unionized manufacturing environment.
  • Strong labor relations foundation, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence management and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • High level of customer focus, autonomy, and dynamism.
