Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Labor Relations Lead to join our team in France. As a key member of the HR Consulting team, you will be responsible for leading labor relations engagement in France and partnering closely with the country HR leadership team and business leadership to ensure a healthy and productive labor relations environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for Work's Council and union negotiations within France
  • Partner with internal and external legal counsel, HR stakeholders, and the France and global business leadership teams to manage and resolve technology enquires / launches requiring collective engagement
  • Analyze labor trends, prepare negotiation strategies, and lead collective bargaining agreements
  • Owns and interprets the CBA(s) (Collective Bargaining Agreements) and provides consultation and guidance to partners when required

Requirements

  • Extensive experience with French Work's Councils and unions / collective bargaining
  • Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)/Society for Human Resources Management-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)
