The Customer Experience team at DataGalaxy manages a rapidly growing portfolio of clients, fostering long-term relationships with key decision-makers to enhance DataGalaxy's market presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with C-Level executives and various stakeholders within each account, understanding their use cases and success metrics while monitoring project outcomes.
  • Drive revenue growth within a designated portfolio of accounts.
  • Develop and implement account management strategies focused on upselling and client retention.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Propose innovative solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Coordinate customer testimonials and references to support new business initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in Account Management, particularly in selling SaaS solutions with a customer-centric approach.
  • A proven track record of successfully closing deals.
  • Ability to generate leads for upselling opportunities.
