Job DescriptionWe are seeking a results-driven Account Manager to join our Customer Experience team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in Account Management, selling SaaS solutions with a customer-oriented approach. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with C-Level, Executive Management, and various stakeholders, creating and driving revenue within a dedicated accounts portfolio, and developing account management plans for upsell and retention strategies.

- A proven history of closing deals
- Ability to generate business leads for upsell
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Dynamic, curious, creative, and self-driven
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce or HubSpot)
- Offices in the heart of Lyon and Paris, 10-15 minutes from the train stations
