Mission

ClimateSeed est une greentech en forte croissance qui accompagne les organisations souhaitant contribuer à la neutralité carbone globale. Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Senior Sustainability Expert pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique et internationale.

Responsabilités
  • Accompagner nos clients sur la mesure d'empreinte carbone d'entreprise, d'événements ou de portefeuille d'investissement.
  • Accompagner nos clients sur la définition de leur stratégie de réduction et la mise en place de cette stratégie.
  • Contribution à la définition de nouvelles offres (CSRD, ESG, etc.).
  • Collaboration avec le Product Owner en lui transmettant les besoins des clients en terme d'amélioration de notre offre logicielle.
  • Rédaction d'articles techniques sur les sujets carbone et environnementaux.
Compétences requises
  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle.
  • Expertise technique : connaissance approfondie dans les sujets GHG Protocol, SBTi, CDP, CSRD, SFDR, ACT Step by Step...
  • Compétences en communication : capacité à communiquer clairement et efficacement, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral, avec des clients de différents niveaux hiérarchiques.
  • Gestion de projet : compétences en gestion de projet, y compris la planification, l'organisation, et le suivi des progrès pour assurer la livraison en temps voulu.
  • Capacités d'analyse et de synthèse : capacité à analyser de grandes quantités d'informations, en tirer des conclusions pertinentes et synthétiser des recommandations.
  • Éthique professionnelle et intégrité : maintenir une conduite professionnelle éthique, y compris la confidentialité et l'impartialité.
  • Capacités d'apprentissage continu : être ouvert à l'apprentissage et à l'évolution constante pour rester à jour avec les dernières tendances et pratiques du secteur.
  • Gestion du stress et de la charge de travail : capacité à gérer efficacement le stress et les charges de travail élevées, souvent associées à des délais serrés.
  • Langues étrangères : excellent niveau d'anglais à l'écrit comme à l'oral indispensable. La maîtrise d'autres langues est évidemment un plus pour accompagner nos clients internationaux.
