About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Principal Sustainability to join our R&D Packaging team at Coty, a leading beauty company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Packaging sustainability strategy, aligning with our company's defined targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Packaging sustainability strategy, ensuring alignment with company targets.
  • Lead the Packaging sustainability team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sustainability initiatives and ensure effective communication.
  • Represent Coty in industry committees and forums, promoting our sustainability vision and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices, ensuring Coty remains at the forefront of sustainability.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Packaging, Sustainability, and team management.
  • Proven track record of leading sustainability and Packaging strategy, from implementation to execution.
  • Master's degree in sciences, such as sustainability, packaging, chemistry, or mechanical engineering.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a focus on priorities and adaptability.
