Senior Principal Sustainability Expert

Coty, a leading beauty company, is seeking a Senior Principal Sustainability to join its R&D Packaging team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's packaging sustainability strategy, aligning with its defined targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement the company's packaging sustainability strategy, ensuring alignment with Coty's defined targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sustainability initiatives and ensure effective communication across the organization.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for sustainability improvements and develop recommendations for implementation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and industry associations, to promote sustainability and drive business growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in packaging sustainability, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and improve sustainability performance.
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as sustainability, packaging, chemistry, or mechanical engineering.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in packaging, sustainability, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving sustainability initiatives and improving business performance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, summarize, and explain complex data and concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global business environment.
