Job Title: Sales Director Home

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our Home channel in France. As a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic partnerships with major retailers and discounters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve double-digit revenue growth in the Home channel.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including major retailers and discounters.
  • Lead a team of Key Account Managers and Sales Assistants to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement commercial strategies, pricing strategies, and trade terms structures.
  • Contribute to the development of medium- and long-term strategies for the French business by leveraging data analysis, customer, and consumer insights.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of national account management experience in France with a minimum of 3 years' experience leading sales teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen with solid experience implementing market-wide annual price negotiations, managing multi-channel promotional mechanics, and accountability for a commercial P&L.
  • Native French speaker with a strong command of English.
  • Strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
