We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to join our global team in Paris. As a key member of our Cookware Business, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and margin expansion.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a sales strategy that aligns with our business objectives
- Manage key retailer accounts and launch our SharkNinja brands into the French market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level buyers at major European retailers
- Prospect, negotiate contracts, and appoint new retail partners
- Define and implement brand launches and sales strategies in conjunction with retailers
- Transfer brand values and best practices from our home markets to ensure success and consistency across French retail markets
- Set up key sales drivers in the country, including reviews, sponsored positioning, and in-store displays
- Work closely with the EU Head Office and other sales channels to determine and agree go-to-market plans
- Minimum 8 years of successful sales experience
- Experience in building sales and retail marketing strategies by brand/category
- Track record in driving excellence and best practice across sales businesses
- Fluent in English and the local market language
- Strong leadership skills and ability to build a cooperative work environment
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
