Electrical Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team at SPIE Global Services Energy in Ghana. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading maintenance operations and ensuring the availability of electrical equipment on site.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead maintenance operations and ensure the availability of electrical equipment on site
- Organize and perform maintenance operations, including planning and preparation
- Assist in the preparation of technical reports and manage interventions
- Identify and analyze recurring maintenance issues and suggest improvements
- Ensure the transfer of knowledge and skills to team members
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- 15 years of experience in maintenance on oil and gas production installations, with at least 5 years as a maintenance Electrical supervisor or Maintenance Engineer
- Basic knowledge of oil and gas treatment processes and equipment
- Fluent English proficiency
