Job Description

The Supplier Performance Manager will be responsible for managing the operational performance of a panel of production suppliers of Safran Nacelles. This includes ensuring the core interface with suppliers on all related topics, organizing performance reviews, and contributing to the surveillance plan construction.

The ideal candidate will have more than 3 years of operational experience within Supply Chain, Purchasing, or Industrial, and will be experienced or graduated in mechanics and/or manufacturing processes involved in Nacelles components. They will also have knowledge of Supply Chain & Industrial Management, including MRP2, S&OP, and MPS, as well as basics in Quality Management.

The Supplier Performance Manager will be responsible for driving the operational performance of suppliers, ensuring the indicators consolidation process between Safran Nacelles and its suppliers, and sharing the resulting monthly scorecard with them. They will also drive Supplier Development initiatives with key suppliers when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the governance of the Operational Performance (Logistics & Quality) of its panel of suppliers
  • Organize the Performance Reviews with its suppliers
  • Contribute to the SPM Surveillance Plan construction
  • Drive the different action plans resulting from the assessments or from improvement plans
  • Ensure the indicators consolidation process between Safran Nacelles and its suppliers

Requirements:

  • More than 3 years operational experience within Supply Chain, Purchasing, or Industrial
  • Experienced or Graduated in mechanics and/or manufacturing processes involved in Nacelles components
  • Supply Chain & Industrial Management general knowledge
  • Basics in Quality Management knowledge
