Your mission will be to protect our operations through upstream supplier surveillance, de-risking plans, and mitigation actions at the supplier site. You will work closely with the Head of Supplier Performance Management to ensure the effective governance of the operational performance of our suppliers. Your key responsibilities will include managing the governance of the operational performance of your panel of suppliers, organizing performance reviews, contributing to the construction of the supplier surveillance plan, and driving action plans to restore operational performances at the supplier. You will also be responsible for ensuring the indicators consolidation process between Safran Nacelles and its suppliers and sharing the resulting monthly scorecard with them. Additionally, you will drive supplier development initiatives with key suppliers when needed and manage the annual supplier evaluation for next surveillance plan preparation.

**Key Performance Indicators:**
- Supplier performance KPIs & improvements (Logistics & Quality)
- Service rate to Safran Nacelles lines and action plan success to avoid impacts
- Risk assessment rituals and mitigation plans efficiency
- Surveillance Plan execution progress & efficiency
- Supplier maturity improvements
- Internal customer satisfaction on reporting action plan (including crisis management)

**Requirements:**
- More than 3 years operational experience within Supply Chain, Purchasing or Industrial
- Experienced or Graduated in mechanics and/or manufacturing processes involved in Nacelles components (general knowledge)
- Supply Chain & Industrial Management general knowledge (MRP2, S&OP and MPS, Capacity Management, Scheduling, Lean manufacturing, Theory of constraints)
- Basics in Quality Management knowledge (8D, Ishikawa, 5 whys, PFMEA, Capabilities, SPC)
- Microsoft tools, especially Excel (pivot tables, V-look up), Power-BI
- SAP & AirSupply knowledge would be a plus
- English language
