Business Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Manager to join our corporate sales team in Puteaux, Paris. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the commercial follow-up and profitability of projects in serial life and development for a specific account for our Business Units.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyse RFQ's and organize RFQ answers in line with the account strategy and financial profitability expectations.
- Manage the negotiation process with the customer and support the Account Director with developing battle plans and sales presentations for new market acquisitions.
- Main contact for customer-related tasks within all of the sales development phases: from the RFQ until launch of the product.
- Support internal departments: provide information for the operational plan, align sales quotation with target price, and update planning.
Your Profile:
- Successfully completed university degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
- Experience in Sales in the Automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of customer needs, excellent negotiation and problem-solving capabilities, strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and to work in a multi-cultural environment.
- Fluency in English. French, German, Italian, or Spanish is a plus; willingness to travel.
