Dassault Systèmes seeks a sales-driven and results-oriented Partner Sales Manager to lead and grow key top clients alongside partners, ensuring successful adoption of solutions in Turkey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define mid- and long-term revenue growth strategies for assigned accounts.
  • Lead top-level executive relationships and manage the global ecosystem to support enterprise business transformation.
  • Oversee the 3DS extended team (including Value Added Reseller partners) to ensure revenue plan delivery and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Be accountable for systematic engagement on value using a Business Consulting approach.
  • Collaborate with partners to support customer transformation in Aerospace & Defense and Transportation & Mobility industries.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in selling SaaS and Cloud management, preferably within the software, technology, or engineering sectors.
  • Over 7 years of experience selling software solutions to large clients in the partner channel.
  • Experience in sales team management or a business consulting role is a plus.
  • Experience in managing indirect business.
  • Experience in Aerospace & Defense and Transportation & Mobility will be a big plus.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and navigate complex organizational structures.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet partners.
  • Fluency in English and Turkish (additional languages are a plus).
