Mission et objectifs
L'équipe du Service Desk du Centre de contrôle du Cargo (CCC) a pour mission de répondre aux sollicitations des services commerciaux de tout notre réseau pour les expéditions ayant transitées par notre hub de CDG et ayant subi une rupture de la chaine logistique durant son transit.
En tant qu'alternant.e au sein du service desk, vous contribuerez à l'amélioration des process du service afin de répondre aux besoins de nos clients.
